The Empero EMP.3004 is a commercial bread slicer that cuts a whole loaf into even slices in one pass, using a bank of 30 stainless steel blades so every slice comes out the same thickness.
A pressure system adjusts to the height of the loaf and, with the adjustment lever, cuts cleanly without crushing or squashing soft bread. The machine switches off automatically once the loaf has passed through, so staff can load the next one without waiting at the controls.
30 stainless steel blades, 13 mm slice thickness. Takes loaves up to 480 mm long, 130 mm high. Pressure system adjusts to loaf height - cuts without crushing. Automatic shut-off at the end of the cut and 0.37 kW motor, 1,400 rpm, 220 V.
