Fryer Single 23 litres Gas GF90 Redline
The Sheffield Redline GF90 is a single-tank gas deep fryer with a 23-litre stainless steel vat, rated at 90,000 BTU from vertical cast-iron burners of 30,000 BTU/hr each.
The tank uses a tube design with internal baffles to carry heat into the oil, and a large cold zone below the burners so crumbs and batter settle out of the frying area instead of scorching and tainting the next basket. A Robertshaw control system and a continuous pilot handle temperature and ignition.
Oil drains through a 1/4 inch drain cock, and the fryer stands on adjustable heavy-duty stainless steel legs.
