Gas Fryer Split Type 15 + 15 L H-Kitchen
The HK-Redline RC-400T is a floor-standing split-tank gas fryer with two 15-litre tanks, rated at 150,000 BTU from vertical cast-iron burners of 30,000 BTU/hr each.
Gas recovers heat faster than an electric element of the same rating, which is what holds the oil at temperature when a full basket goes in. Oil that drops too far is what makes chips absorb fat instead of cooking, so recovery is the specification that decides the result.
Cast iron burners and baffled tubes spread heat through the body of the oil rather than concentrating it under the tank, and the adjustable heavy-duty legs let it sit level on a kitchen floor that never is.
Two independent 15 litre tanks, 150,000 BTU from vertical cast-iron burners and tube design with baffles for heat transfer. Large cold zone keeps particles out of the fry area. Robertshaw control system with continuous pilot and 6 in adjustable heavy-duty stainless legs.
