The RATIONAL Granite-Enameled Container is a gastronorm tray finished in a non-stick granite enamel coating, with fully contoured corners so no part of a bake or roast is left uncooked in the corners.
Pick the footprint and the depth to match the job: 2/3 GN for smaller batches or 1/1 GN to fill a standard shelf, at 20 mm for dry roasting, baking and pan-frying, or 60 mm where sauce and juices need to stay in the tray for braising and stewing.
Granite enamel finish with a non-stick surface and even heat conductivity. Fully contoured corners. Available in 2/3 GN and 1/1 GN footprints. Available at 20 mm (shallow) and 60 mm (deep). Suited to roasting, baking, braising, stewing and pan-frying. Suitable for RATIONAL iHexagon and combi ovens.
