Hand Immersion Blender 500W

The IB500LV is a commercial immersion (stick) blender for restaurant, canteen, and catering kitchens. Its 500W motor drives a fully variable speed control from 4,000 to 16,000 RPM, letting operators match blending intensity to the mixture as it changes consistency.

Variable speed is what makes one tool cover the whole job. The same blender has to start a hot soup gently enough not to throw it out of the pot and finish it fast enough to leave no lumps - a fixed-speed stick forces a compromise at one end or the other.

Blending in the pot rather than decanting into a jug saves a transfer and a wash-up on every batch, and the detachable stainless tube goes to the sink on its own while the motor stays dry.

Detachable stainless steel blending tube for easy cleaning. Two-hand safety switch prevents accidental starts.
