The Empero EMP.BQ1 is a single-door hot banquet trolley that holds plated meals at serving temperature while they're moved from kitchen to function room, for hotels and large catering operations running banquets and events.
Electronic temperature regulation with humidity control in the chamber keeps food hot without drying it out, up to 80°C, and the insulated body (40 kg/m³ density) holds the heat in transit. It takes 11 GN 2/1 trays, and runs on castors with brakes so it parks securely at the service point.
