The Sulte SL-FR1C23A is a floor-standing 23-litre induction deep fryer, heating the oil by induction rather than by a gas burner or an immersed element, in a stainless steel body standing 950 mm high.
A touch panel with a double LED display shows real-time oil temperature against the set point across a 30-210°C range, with a 30-minute timer and an adjustable memory menu for repeat products. Overheating and dry-burn protection cut the power if the vat runs low or the temperature runs away.
At 8 kW this fryer is specified for a 415 V three-phase supply, so confirm three-phase supply is present at the installation site before ordering.
