The Empero EMP.BST.001 is a UV knife steriliser that sanitises knives and other cutting tools between uses, a HACCP-friendly step for commercial kitchens, butcheries and food-processing operations.
Knives sit behind plexiglass doors while UV light sterilises them, on a timer adjustable from 0 to 120 minutes, holding up to 10 knives at once. The stainless steel body suits daily use in a wet kitchen environment, and it runs on a standard 220 V single-phase supply.
