Oven Convection Electric Blodgett CTB SGL

The Blodgett CTB-SGL is a half-size single-deck electric convection oven built around a welded angle-iron frame and a double-sided porcelainized liner. It holds five 13 x 18 in half-size sheet pans front-to-back, or five 12 x 20 x 2-1/2 in steam table pans, on chrome-plated racks with nine positions to choose from.

Two tubular heaters and a 1/4 hp two-speed blower move heat evenly across the chamber from 93 to 260 °C, and solid state controls give separate dials for thermostat and timer with a cook and cool-down mode selector. The oven is certified for zero clearance from both combustible and non-combustible construction, so it can sit tight against a wall or alongside other equipment.

Five 13 x 18 in half-size pans, or five steam table pans. Five chrome-plated racks with nine rack positions. Temperature range 93 to 260 °C (200 to 500 °F).
