Static cooling keeps airflow off the food so garnishes and sliced toppings do not dry out across a long service.
Exterior and interior are both stainless steel, and the evaporator is a single continuous copper pipe with no welds inside the foam, which removes the most common leak point on units of this type. Defrost runs automatically off the compressor cycle and the thermostat is digital.
Static cooling, gentler on exposed toppings than ventilated, tempered glass top and stainless steel exterior and interior. Single copper pipe evaporator with no welding in the foaming. Automatic compressor cycle defrost. Spacer set included; GN pans are not supplied with the unit.
