The cabinet measures 700 × 500 × 730 mm, and the curved front glass is what distinguishes this range: it presents the top shelf at an angle a standing customer reads without stooping, which a flat-fronted cabinet does not.

Cooling draws 270 W and holds 2 to 8 °C, the range for cream-filled and dairy-topped pastry rather than the 0 to 4 °C a raw-ingredient chiller runs.
