Vegetable and Salad Dryer 40 L
Commercial salad and vegetable spin dryer with a 40-litre stainless steel basket and timer-controlled cycle, and a magnetic safety switch that stops the machine the moment the lid opens.

The Empero SY.40-09 is a commercial salad and vegetable dryer that spin-dries washed leaves and cut vegetables in a short cycle, removing surface water so dressings cling and produce keeps longer in service.
A timer-controlled panel runs the cycle hands-free, and a magnetic safety switch stops the machine the moment the lid is opened. The stainless steel body and 40-litre basket stand up to daily washdown in a busy prep kitchen.
