Vegetable Warmer Rectangle ZT001
Rectangular buffet food warmer with an overhead heat lamp and a heated base tray, for holding vegetables and side dishes at serving temperature.
1
The Winners DL206 is a rectangular buffet food warmer that heats from both directions: a 270 W lamp above the food and a 400 W heated tray beneath it.
Warming from below as well as above holds vegetables and side dishes at temperature without the surface drying that an overhead lamp alone can cause across a long service. The stainless steel body suits hotel buffets, banquets and catered events, and the whole unit runs from a single 220 V socket.
Dual heating - 270 W overhead lamp plus 400 W heated base tray. Rectangular format for long buffet runs, durable stainless steel body and 220 V, UK 3-pin plug. Suits vegetables, side dishes and other hot buffet items.
